Shipping & Delivery

RETAIL: We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping for retail customers. Orders exceeding $59.00 will receive free shipping. Most orders will ship out via USPS or UPS within 2-3 business days. 

WHOLESALE: The shipping fee is NOT included upon checkout. Shipping cost is determined upon packaging at our warehouse. We package your products in the most efficient way possible, and this may include combining cartons which will reduce shipping costs. Most orders will ship out via UPS in 2-3 business days. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have specific shipping requests. Haywood Studios Inc. typically ships via UPS, USPS or FEDEX.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us directly if you have damaged/inaccurate products. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
